Extension Outagamie County UW Madison does Servant Leadership Workshop

Servant Cultures hosted Extension Outagamie County UW Madison out for a 1/2 leadership workshop.  The Extension team showed up ready to engage with lots of smiles and eager to learn.  They were hoping to better open up their communication channels and create more community in this very diverse group.  We discussed the timeless and self-evident principles of Servant Leadership and how they can be implemented practically into ANY organization IF there is a commitment to improving.  Although it is a long journey to building better habits, it can be done if leadership shows the grit and persistence in improving communication.  This all  starts with better listening, becoming more empathetic in our communications, and having a SAFE environment where candid feedback is sought after.

Servant Cultures hosts Servant Leadership workshops both 1/2 day and full day.  They can be hosted at most any venue.  We do have a partnership with Badger Sports Park in Appleton which can provide all of the amenities needed for a fruitful day for your group.
