Aurora Baycare attends Servant Cultures Connection Workshop
Thank you to Aurora Baycare for Attending our Servant Cultures Connections Workshop held at Green Bay Axe.
The focus of this was to bring an understanding to the powerful connection between trust and vulnerability. We did role playing and deep dives into the skills of empathy and perspective taking. It is all about having more authentic conversations where our teams tell us what they REALLY feel. All of the teams were given more homework assignments to fuel better listening habits.
They followed up the workshop with some great team building in our Escape Rooms and had food catered in.
